Overlooking the Ionian sea, in a beautiful inclined terrain of 4000m2, elements of bare concrete, steel and plaster shape a complex of one main residence and two hosting units. The feeling of the space is that the forms quietly erase from the land, gently removing or adding earth around them to create a natural flow between the inside and outside living space. A long linear pool aligned with the contour plots in the centre binds the volumes and the functions as a whole. Despite the large intervention and deforestation the construction required, we have been able to preserve and restore the atmosphere of the original land, planting naturally next to what had already been in the soil, balancing between nature and structure.

The forms in their geometry and orientation ensure a bioclimatic function through humble means, working with the sun and the wind. High quality materials and infrastructure creates a breathable, fully insulated and mechanically supported shelter without exaggerations.

The interior consists of bright, open plan spaces with large glass surfaces framing different views to the sea. Light lime painted surfaces and detailed woodworks shape a composition of soft minimalism, natural tones, raw materials, perfectly imperfect the closer you take a look.
